FantasyDollars Fantasy Football Game is ideal for both beginners and fantasy pro players, where players can showcase their skills in real-world matches. It features major football leagues such as EPL, La Liga, UEFA, Bundesliga, etc. One key driver of fantasy sports in Kenya is football, as fans are crazy about it. FantasyDollars Fantasy Football consists of different contests that track the real performance of football players on the field (“Match”). The Contests are accessible from a dedicated area ("Lobby") on the Website & APP. The Game and all Contests are free to enter for persons that are at least 18 years old. Your objective in the Game is to use your football knowledge and general manager strategies to create the best lineup of 11 team players, who represent professional football players in real (physical) match, enter the lineup into Contest to compete with other Users. You also collect points and progress through the Manager of the Week, Manager of the Month and League Leaderboard in which you are competing. Each lineup you enter must include 1 goalkeeper, 3-5 Defenders, 3-5 midfielders & 1-3 forwards (collectively a “Team”). Contests are announced in the Lobby at least one (1) days before it is scheduled to begin. Please note that FantasyDollars reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the number and frequency of Contests. Each Team is awarded accumulated points based on the performance of each of the players. Each player's points are awarded based on that player’s actual performance in real games during the Real Match. By competing in single matches, you also participate in cumulative Competitions (“Leaderboard/Manager Competition(s)”), where your Teams scores are tracked over numerous game days/weeks. The winner of a Leaderboard Manager Competitions is the User who finishes the Week/Month or Leaderboard Manager Competition period with the most accumulated points. The winning User and other participants may win a reward, as specified in the Leaderboard lobby for every Competition.

2.1. Contests

Fantasy football is an online gaming tournament where you create a virtual team of 11 players and get to compete with teams of other fantasy players. FantasyDollars offers a number of different contests in multiple of leagues. Entering any of the contests, you are collecting points for your chosen players’ accomplishments, at the end of match Users are given accumulated points that are automatically collected to weekly/monthly Leaderboard and that match specific League Leaderboard. In the League Competitions, you and other Users that build Teams of players from the same real world league match are competing against each other to see who has created the best team to win that Competition. You can simultaneously compete in one, or two, or all contests that are available on our platform.

2.1.1. Entering a Team

Entry Period. The entry period to enter a Team into a Contest will be communicated to you in the Lobby, and materialized by a countdown. During the entry period, you can access the Lobby to compose your Team and enter that Team into the relevant Contest. When the entry period ends which is start of the Match, the composition of the Team can no longer be modified for the duration of the Match. Generally, Users may enter the Contest of their choice by submitting a Team of 11 players (plus optional 4 bench players)

2.1.2. Selecting a Team

You need to select 11 players to create a team consisting of Defenders, Midfielders, Strikers and a goal-keeper, depending on the team formation you want to place e.g. 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 etc. A maximum of 7 players can be selected from each side, the remaining need to be from the other side. Then you choose player to be your team’s Captain and Vice-Captain.  It is vital to make the best players as captain and vice-captain; their performance will impact the overall score, as the captain will get 2x (double) the fantasy points and the vice-captain 1.5 times his/her fantasy points. You can choose 4 Bench players also (it’s optional) from remaining options of players. These players will replace any player from your starting 11 team, if they are not starting in the real Match. Option of Bench is available until one hour before Match start, or the moment that competing teams publish starting 11 players.

Direct assist is a term that refers to the final touch, cross, pass and other touché which allows scoring a goal during the match. Besides the direct assists, here is the list of the other types of assistance awarded in fantasy football - When a goalkeeper saves a shot, the defender blocks it and hits the goalpost If an opposition team player scores their own goal off a pass, shot or cross. if the player wins a direct free-kick or scores a penalty Chance created, commonly called as the key pass, is regarded as the final touch (cross, pass, or other touch). It results in a shot, whether on, off or blocked target. By any chance, a player in Fantasy football gets the Fantasy assist; the player will not be given the points for a chance created. One can describe a ‘Shot on target’ as any goal attempt which should’ve been a goal if not saved by the opposition players or the goalkeeper. A team won't receive a shot on target if the shot hits the goal post or if another player blocks the shot. If Player X passes the ball to Player Y, who then scores, then player Y is awarded a Goal and a Shot on Target, while Player X is awarded an Assist and Chance Created.

Tackle won is the condition where a player takes away the ball from another player in possession. This can be done by either placing the ball out of the play or out of winning possession. When the player intercepts the pass on purpose, that is an Interception. It can be done by moving in lines with the intended ball and retaining the ball possession. When a goalkeeper prevents the ball from making a goal, it is called a Save. When a player does not concede a goal for 54 minutes or more, it is known as a Clean Sheet. When a player is on the ground for 54 minutes or more and gets a substitute before the goal gets conceded, the player gets a Clean Sheet bonus. When the goalkeeper has not touched the ball, whereas the player misses the penalty kick, no points will be given to the goalkeeper to save the penalty. On the other hand, -20 points will be awarded to the penalty taker for the miss.

No matter the player’s total playing time, the conceded goals are calculated for players who are present on the field during the goal. When a player receives a red card, they continue to get penalty whenever their team concedes a goal - even when the goals are conceded after they leave the field If the player gets two yellow cards in a row or even one straight red card, they only get negative points for the red card. If a player gets a red or a yellow card for any off-field activity, total Fantasy football points will come into effect if:
- They already played the match and were substituted
- They come onto the field as a substitute after receiving a yellow card

2.1.4. Season Leaderboard Start, Finish and Resets.

Leaderboard shows all Users positions at all time that seasons are active. At the end of the real life season of the relevant league, Leaderboards will calculate accumulated points of all Users that competed in that league (even if you played just one Contest) from the start of the season to the season Finish (last game). New Season Leaderboard starts with new Season of representing League (EPL, La Liga, Serie A etc.) at that moment counting of points starts for all Users from 0 (zero) Points.

2.4. Scoring and Winning

Points are awarded for each player’s performance on the Team, on the basis of data provided by a Third-Party Service regarding the featured player’s real life performance in a match during the real Match. More information about the point systems are available on the Fantasy Point System. The winner(s) of a Contest and/or Leaderboard Manager Competition are the User(s) who composed the Team(s) that were awarded the most points at the end of the Contest and/or Leaderboard Manager Competition period. In some Contest and/or Leaderboard Manager Competitions, prizes are also awarded to Teams finishing in other positions. In case some participants tie in points at the end of the match, the prize money is equally distributed among the players that tied. Winners are notified via their User account. Winners’ usernames will be displayed on the Website/APP for the duration of the Game.

The prize(s) awarded for a given Contest or Leaderboard Manager Competition can be financial, merchandise, or real-life experiences. The scarcity of the prizes awarded to the winners depends on the Contest and their place in the ranking. The player prizes represented are at FantasyDollars’s discretion. Following verification of each winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Rules, the Terms & Conditions and any other applicable Additional Terms, the prize(s) will be transmitted pursuant to these Game Rules. By participating in the Contest, you give your express permission to be contacted by FantasyDollars by telephone and/or email to administer rewards.

3.2. Merchandise

You will provide the relevant requested information (including mailing address, sizing information as applicable and other information as reasonably requested) to FantasyDollars in order to receive any merchandise rewards. Failure to provide such information within the timeframe specified by FantasyDollars will result in your automatic forfeiture of the prize. You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or other fee(s) applicable to the merchandise. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless, and waive any and all claims against FantasyDollars in the event a merchandise prize is delayed or lost while in transit to you. Any real life experience invitations or game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as a reward must be claimed within the time period specified by FantasyDollars, if applicable. You additionally agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless, and waive any and all claims against FantasyDollars, all Partner Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, general and limited partners, shareholders, members (including, all players (“Players”)), agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company associated with the reward, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage, liability or loss of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Game and/or a Competition, possession, receipt or use of the rewards (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto. “Partner Entities” means FantasyDollars’s licensing partners. 3.4. Declining a Prize

In the event you do not want a merchandise or real world experience prize you have validly won, you may decline your prize by responding to the prize reward email.
